Finally Home 2021-2022
My body, no longer held upright by necessity, folds into itself. I sit, and the weight of tiredness creeps in, pooling in my limbs, pulling me deeper into the fabric of this place. Home is both a refuge and a reckoning, a space that strips away pretense. The weariness I ignored all day floods me now, yet I embrace it-allowing my wounds to show, and heal.
